Volunteer Role

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to assist in a Rebuilding Together Home Repair Project, a project in which the homes of disadvantaged persons will be repaired by volunteers. I understand that projects occur throughout the year and the date represented may be changed at the sole discretion of Rebuilding Together. I understand that my participation in any volunteer work will be dependent upon an evaluation of my physical ability to perform such tasks, skill level, experience, and ability to participate on scheduled work days. I understand as a volunteer that I will not be paid for my services, that I will not be covered by any medical or other insurance coverage provided by Rebuilding Together, and that I will not be eligible for any Workers Compensation benefits. Before participating on any work day, I must sign a volunteer waiver holding Rebuilding Together and its associates harmless. I further agree that my participation in the Project may be terminated at any time by either Rebuilding Together or me. All information contained within this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
